Adami is one of only 11 producers left who still produce Sul Liveto and one of the many who produce Cartizze.  Franco Adami was President of the Corsorzio when the laws changed in 2009 and was very instrumental in the changes.  While Prosecco sales are growing double digits, the differences between DOC and DOCG or the historic Sul Liveto are not well known.  This will be a refresher course on Prosecco with great detailand an opportunity taste six or so different Prosecci from the same producer.
