Jeremiah Cates, Wine Director for the Xenia Hospitality Group (including Krasi restaurant), and Billy Sofis, BSS Director, will lead an Assyrtiko tasting, showcasing the diversity of the Assyrtiko grape in Greece.  The tasting will feature archetypal Santorini Assyrtiko, including Nykteri and premier single vineyard styles, mainland Assyrtiko, skin-fermented, and a retsina style.  The price is $28 for current BSS members, and $38 for non-members.  Preference will be given to paid-up members.
