Join Bill Sofis, DipSET, in tasting through seven Cabernet Franc wines from the Loire at Commonwealth Wine School, 5pm this Sunday, October 4. The lineup includes two Anjou wines, two from Saumur, and three from Chinon (Touraine), which we will taste single-blind. We'll attempt to draw conclusions regarding similarities within each appellation.
